If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the ANIFANTOU product you purchased, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and receive a refund for the purchase amount.
Return Conditions
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with the safety seal, outer protective paper, and plastic wrapping intact.
Products that have been used or show signs of wear, as well as those with broken safety seals, are not accepted.
Customized/personalized products made to order are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Return Process
1. Complete the Return Form (included in the package) stating the reason for the return.
2. Send the product along with the form via prepaid and insured shipping to the address:
Important: Shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer.
Refunds
The amount will be refunded to your credit card (if the purchase was made by card) or to a bank account you specify (if the purchase was made via cash on delivery).
Any bank commission fees are borne by the customer.
You will receive a confirmation email and the refund will be completed within 10 business days.
Note: If the above conditions are not met, ANIFANTOU reserves the right not to accept the return. The product will be sent back to the customer at their expense for shipping costs.
